Granted we have had to work hard to build the network and trust required for a great partnership, and also to get the sign-off to deliver, but this is significantly easier than tendering in the open market.
Secondly, building a deeper understanding of needs through a "proper" open partnership that goes beyond that of just "another supplier" always yields the greatest results.
Lastly, and most importantly, your success is our success and vice-versa, the win-win that business people strive for.
