Founder and Digital Strategist

Ray began his career in corporate IT working in the City’s financial services market, where he worked for major companies like Prudential, AVIVA and IBM. Mid 90's Ray began to specialize in the internet world  helping banks to move their business online.

Passionate about internet technologies and innovation, Ray established his first internet services business in 1999 offering high-end expertise to charities and SMEs. His primary role at Reuben is to share his vision and knowledge of the internet and technology, helping clients create sustainable websites and digital business strategies.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Ray with his family or indulging in one of his many and varied passions: playing jazz on his beloved saxophones, riding motocross bikes with his son, shooting ‘from the hip’ with his Lomo LCA camera, or working out at his local boxing gym.

Technical Director and Technical Team Leader

Mark is a seasoned web developer with the ability to swiftly grasp the most complex business processes. He grew up in Zimbabwe where he gained his initial experience in the IT industry working for his father's business. His role quickly evolved to web and graphic design.  In 2002 Mark and his wife left Zimbabwe to travel the world for several years before moving to the UK and settling in Oxfordshire.

He started working for Reuben Internet in 2004 and has continually developed his skills as a web developer and systems analyst, becoming a genuine expert in Microsoft web technologies and eCommerce, the key components in Reuben’s success at delivering solutions for our clients. 

Senior Web Developer_

Originally from India, Udoyon's first experience with computers was watching his mother using an accounts package on an IBM PC/XT. Initially lured by games and graphics at school, he pursued Computer Science from the age of 10, all the way through to a Masters. He moved into software development, working in various countries until finally settling in the UK.

Udoyon has extensive experience in both web and client server based development. He has completed projects in various sectors, ranging from EDA systems, eCommerce to Case management tools for legal and insurance markets. He is now primarily focused on Microsoft Technology stack  and the web.

An avid music and car fanatic, he uses his spare time in developing his vocal and guitar skills with his band when not absorbed in an episode of Top Gear - He also hopes to get some more saxophone lessons from Ray!

Web Developer_

A graduate from Leeds University, Michael is an experienced and versatile web developer, having spent all of his working life in IT, from the heady days as a COBOL (remember that?) programmer on ICL (remember them?) mainframes! to a cutting edge full stack Microsoft developer.

Michael's primary role here at Reuben Digital is that of an API integration specialist working on various Gift Voucher and eGift projects for brands such as Nike, Costa, Clarks and Jack Wills.

When he is not waking up at midnight with "Eureka" coding solutions, Michael enjoys a pint with his pal's at the local.

Front-end Developer & Helpdesk Manager_

Being a dedicated Xbox junkie, Louis traded his gamer points for a career in web development. After finishing his IT studies, Louis has become an integral member of the Reuben Digital development team.

Working under the excellent guidance of Mark, Udy and Ray, Louis has been responsible for managing the helpdesk, assisting customers with day to day updates and builds of websites. He is now managing the front-end team whilst also learning to manage projects from the brief all the way to completion, taking on a stronger account manager role.

Louis has a natural gift for talking so we like to put that to use with our clients, moving forward he hopes to keep picking up bigger projects and becoming a key part of the overall process within Reuben.

Business Support & Account Manager_

Gill has worked in information and website management for years, and became a client of Reuben’s whilst working as Information Manager for a large national charity in the 2000s. From there it was a simple step (via mumsy career break), to start working for Reuben.  Since 2009, she’s been busy organising, invoicing, content managing, client liaising and training here...seeing every job through with an eye for the detail.

Away from the office, Gill enjoys a slower pace of life on camping trips in her beloved Raclet trailer tent called Sally and drags her family on frequent weekends away. She would like to point out however that she never camps...only "glamps"!

Front End Web Developer & Support_

Working as part of the customer support team with Louis, Corey is responsible for handling incoming calls to the office, and learning "the ropes" as web professional manning our helpdesk, assisting customers with day to day updates and management of their websites.

We were lucky to find Corey who started as our apprentice; he has quickly proven himself as a very competent front-end developer, with great CSS and Bootstrap skills. A real asset to the team!

When not in the office, Corey can usually still be found in front of a screen, this time PC gaming and saving the world with a Counter Strike.

Web Developer_

Originally from Brazil, Bruno's first experience with computers was playing Prince of Persia on an IBM PC 286. He got hooked on the web business when building pages on MS Office Frontpage. In 2003 he moved to a design agency in Sao Paulo, as he puts it, "to learn to make pretty things".

Bruno originally joined Reuben Digital in 2009 working as a frontend ASP.NET developer, as well as learning the complexities of ecommerce development. However, he left in 2017.

Bruno has since joined Reuben Digital again in 2022, and will be supporting customers.

Web Developer Apprentice_

Shaka is one of the latest apprentices to join the Reuben team. Having previously worked in customer service roles within the facility management sector, Shaka decided that wasn’t for him and wanted a new challenge in something he felt more compelled to do. Shaka will be working alongside Louis and Corey as part of the Support and Front-end development team and will be honing his skills via the helpdesk.

When Shaka isn’t at the office, he enjoys staying active - whether that’s playing sports or at the gym lifting weights. Shaka equally enjoys gaming on his Nintendo Switch or PC.

Web Developer_

Febri started his career in the IT industry back in 2009 as a desktop application developer, and over time has focused on developing his career as a Microsoft Full Stack software engineer. Based in our Jakarta office Febri will be working as part of the back end development team lead by Mark Vincent. Febri brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Reuben Team and we are delighted to have him.

When not in the office, Febri likes to spends his time with his family, playing with his sons and daughters, and loves to travel, taking his wife and children to visit the many beautiful places Java has to offer.

Web Developer_

Hendra started his career in 2001 as an Oracle Developer and instructor, over time he has honed his skills with the Microsoft stack and is now a senior developer, specialising in .NET and Azure cloud solutions. Hendra will be working alongside Muhammad Febriansyah in our Jakarta remote development office supporting our client projects in the Azure cloud space.

When Hendra is not working in the office, he can still be found in front of a screen experimenting with new technology and constantly growing his knowledge in all things tech! Hendra is also pretty handy with a tennis racket, and has a deep passion for playing the sport both at a recreational and competitive level.

Web Developer_

Whilst at college, Winda discovered her passion for web development, particularly in Reactjs. As time went on, this interest extended to backend development, where Winda delved into various logical processes. Today, Winda is proud to identify as a .NET Fullstack Developer, proficient in both frontend and backend technologies.

After work, Winda always look forward to her daily dose of anime. While she is not a die-hard fan, Winda genuinely enjoys it. Playing with her cats is another activity that brings her immense joy during and after work hours. Additionally, Winda enjoys playing her guitar particularly Taylor Swift songs!

Team Mascot & Office Motivator_

Zelda’s main activities, pigeon chasing, sleeping, more pigeon chasing and more sleeping, frequently keep her away from the Reuben office but when she is present, she certainly makes valuable contributions to the team. This includes barking at just about everyone who deems to use the pavement outside our office, as well as rubbish bin rummaging and other food-related pursuits. She is also an excellent lap warmer but regrettably a bit of a snorer too.

When away from the office, she detests walks in the rain but enjoys belly rubs and lounging with Dawn, Ray, Louis and the rest of the Stephen’s family.

Digital Marketer_

Reuben is the latest apprentice to join the Reuben Digital team, Reuben will be working towards his Level 3 Marketing apprenticeship qualifications, focusing on all things Digital Marketing on behalf of Reuben Digital and our clients.

Recently graduating from Bimm Bristol in Electronic Music Production, Reuben was seeking an opportunity to hone his knowledge and skills in a new way and take control of all things marketing at Reuben Digital!

When Reuben isn’t at the office, he enjoys making Drum & Bass - whether that’s endless hours in the studio making music or performing under the lights at various events all across the country. Reuben equally enjoys travelling to new places and riding/watching motocross with his Dad, and Reuben Digital MD Ray.
