At Reuben Digital, we are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all of our business activities and supply chains. As a small tech company based in the UK and Indonesia, we recognise the importance of maintaining the highest ethical standards and ensuring that our operations and those of our partners align with our values of fairness, respect, and integrity.

We believe that modern slavery, in all its forms - including forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitation - is unacceptable and has no place in our business. We are dedicated to taking all necessary steps to ensure that modern slavery is not present in our business or supply chain.

Our Approach

Due Diligence: We carry out due diligence on our suppliers and contractors to assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain and ensure they adhere to ethical labour practices.

Training: We provide training to our staff and suppliers on recognizing the signs of modern slavery and the appropriate actions to take if concerns arise.

Supplier Expectations: We expect all our suppliers and partners to uphold the same high standards and commit to the elimination of modern slavery within their own operations and supply chains.

Reporting: We have clear processes for reporting any concerns regarding potential modern slavery, and we take any allegations seriously. Employees and suppliers are encouraged to report any suspicions without fear of retaliation.

Reuben Digital is fully committed to ensuring that modern slavery is not part of our operations or supply chains. We will continue to review and strengthen our practices to prevent modern slavery and ensure that our business operates in a manner that is ethical and responsible.
