22 Years of Digital Partnership.

Advance Housing and Support provides housing and care for people with disabilities and mental health conditions. For more than 22 years, we’ve been their digital partner, helping them reach more people, improve service delivery, and streamline internal operations. From websites to intranets, our work has supported their mission and prepared them for continued growth.

Building a better platform

Our first major project was a fully accessible website that became the central hub for commissioners, carers, and residents. Designed to WCAG standards with intuitive navigation tailored to diverse needs, the platform now serves more than 60,000 users annually. It centralises essential information, improves service discovery, and provides a scalable digital foundation that has supported the organisation’s long term expansion and impact.

Making access easier

To reduce administrative load and strengthen internal processes, we developed a comprehensive intranet that transformed how Advance manages critical information. The system brings together health and safety documentation, disaster recovery and business continuity materials, staff resources, and procedural guidance into a secure, searchable knowledge base. By reducing manual work and simplifying access to information, the intranet allows staff to focus more of their time on supporting the people they serve.

Content that connects

Beyond platform development, we produced a suite of accessible video content to help users quickly understand services and get the support they need. This included instructional guides, service infomercials, and impact focused case studies, all designed with accessibility as a core requirement. The work earned industry recognition, but more importantly, it made essential information easier to access for Advance’s community.
